2023: Asake, A Direct Replica Of Peter Obi, Says Kaduna LP DG

.. Set to inaugurate/ flag- off LGAs campaigns

NEWDAILYNIGERIA: The  Director General (DG) campaign of Labour Party’s Gubernatorial candidate, Kaduna State, Hon Tsahiru Bako, has described his principal and Governaship Candidate of  the State, Hon Jonathan Asake, as a direct replica of what the LP presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, is to Nigeria.

He said the attributes and determination to serve and create a new Nigeria by the Labour party’s presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, is what the Kaduna governorship candidate is committed to  do in the state, if elected.

He disclosed this during a press briefing by the Labour Party Campaign council, on Friday in Kaduna, where the council further announced  the inauguratation of its LGAs campaign flag Off, slated for Monday at Sabon gari , Zaria, Kaduna.

Bako, commended the people of the state for the rousy welcome accorded the LP presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, in the state, especially at Kafanchan, in the southern part of the state, saying ” the world knows, that was an outing that was unprecedented”

He further pointed out that in Kaduna state, ” we are also having somebody in person of Hon Jonathan Asake, who I can say is a direct replica of what Peter Obi is at the national level; he is equally young and dynamic and the stage has shown that the leadership of the party in the state and the candidature of Jonathan Asake is something that we cannot just wave with a hand”

He further described the governorship candidate as a humble gentleman, highly educated, having attained heights in the academia and polity, making him fully prepared to serve the state, hence, his willingness to create a new Kaduna state, where fairness, equity and justice and the right leadership exists.

According to him, it is as  a result of this that ” we have painfully worked so hard to come out with a campaign structure to guide us as a party to have a road map that many other parties could not be able to have” he said.

He further said, ” my chairman will  testify the fact that it’s like a miracle, within a space of time that we’ve had, we are able to establish and inaugurate a campaign council, prepared and received Peter Obi; it was not a small feat for the party

” It is as a result of that I want to let you  know that we are matching forward and by the special grace of God the campaign council would inaugurate the flag off its campaigns in the state, on February 6th at Sabon Gari, Zaria, that outing I’m sure will be a replica of what had happened by the coming of Peter Obi in Kaduna state” he reiterated.

He noted further that the labour party’s structures are organic and are people at grassroot and not woods, in reaction to the several accusations by the oppositions that it does not have structures.adding that the party has been so favoured by God and Nigerians that its popularity is competing with that of the labour party in Britian

He said, the party, today has a presidential candidate that is measured internationally to ensure we have a new Nigeria, adding that ” good thinking, will always bring, good product, We are trying to bring good product to Nigeria and good product to kaduna state,  Asake and Bashir are well prepared for the job, where you see the two of them you see love” he stressed.

Earlier, the Kaduna Labour party, state Chairman, Hon Auwal Tafoki, applauded the massive support by the people during the presidential rally in the State and specially commended the support and show of acceptance and support shown Mr Peter Obi- Datti, and the party, describing it as an ‘organic support’ while urging that it should be sustained to ensure the party’s victory during the elections.
