Kaduna Govt Announces New Resumption Date For Schools

NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: The Kaduna state government has announced an adjustment in the resumption date of schools in the state.

A statement signed by the permanent Secretary, Dr Halliru Musa Sabo, for the Kaduna State Commissioner of Education, has directed that Schools both public and Private are to now resume on the 24th of September, 2023.

” The Kaduna State Ministry of Education wishes to inform all public and private Basic and Post Basic in the state, as well as the general public, that the resumption date for the commencement of the new academic session has been adjusted.

” All school administrators, proprietors, parents, guardians, and all other stakeholders are advised to take note that the new resumption date for the first term of the 2023/2024 academic session is Sunday, 24th September 2023.

” In the light of this change, a copy of the new academic calendar will be released to reflect this adjustment.

” Accept the esteemed regards of the Honourable Commissioner, please.” the statement added.
