NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: Kaduna State Governor, His Excellency Senator Uba Sani has appointed Dr. Yahaya Saleh Ibrahim as the Executive Secretary, Scholarship and Loan Board.

A Statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Muhammad Lawal Shehu on Monday, said the new Executive Secretary replaces Rilwan Hassan who has been redeployed and appointed as the Special Adviser to the Governor on Student Affairs.

” Additionally, Rev. Ishaya Jangado has been appointed as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Religious Affairs, and Hon. Yunusa M. Ibrahim as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Support Groups. All the appointments are with immediate effect.

” Dr. Yahaya Saleh Ibrahim is a long-standing academic, environmental public health and occupational safety expert, and astute administrator. From 2017 – 2018, he served as Administrator, of Giwa Local Government. He is currently the Director of, the Centre for Energy and Environmental Strategy Research (CEESR). Dr. Ibrahim holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Occupational Health and Safety, a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Remote Sensing Application, and a Master of Science in Public Health.

” Rev. Dr. Ishaya Jangado is a highly respected cleric, teacher, administrator, and peace advocate. He is currently the President, of the Kaduna Baptist Conference, Secretary of, the Baptist Conference Presidents Fellowship Northern Nigeria, and Secretary of, the Nigerian Baptist Convention Presidents Fellowship. Rev. Jangado holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Missiology and a Master of Arts (M.A) in Organizational Leadership and Management.

” Hon. Yunusa M. Ibrahim is an accomplished administrator, teacher, development worker, grassroots mobilizer, and public relations specialist. From 2016 – 2017, he served as Acting Chairman of, the Interim Management Committee, Giwa Local Government. He was Chairman of, the Committee on Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Giwa Local Government in 2015, and Supervisory Councilor, Education and Social Development, Giwa Local Government in 2021.” the statement added.
