NLC Condemns DSS Arrest Of Joe Ajaero, Gives Ultimatum

NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: The Nigeria Labour Congress ,(NLC) has condemned the arrest of its President, Joe Ajaero by the Department of state services, DSS

NLC’s ,Ajaero was arrested at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja, on his way to a global summit of labour unions in the UK.

The Union in a communiqué at a end of a National Administrative Council, (NAC) meeting on Monday, while condemning the arrest gave the DSS the Midnight of Tuesday to release the NLC President.

NAC also assured that all the unions’ components and affiliates are kept on alert for further actions, as the case maybe.
