NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: A tension soaked atmosphere envelope the former Kaduna, the former capital of Northern Nigeria, as elected Governors from nineteen Northern States gathered to brainstorm on the calamity that befell the region.

Observers said their actions was too late, as they allowed the region to bleed as if there are no leadership. What they could have done long time ago, was left for political consideration and neglect on the people that elected them into to office.

While some of them agreed that the situation in the entire Northern Nigeria is as a result of complete abandonment of their abandonment, others are trying to put the blame on imaginary enemies, who wants the region to remain underdeveloped.

This reporter gathered that the meeting as at six pm have not come to terms on the way out of quagmire, because they are yet to be armed with the causes of the problems, especially on the issue of energy blackout, that has run down the economy of the North in last one week, without any hope of relief in sight.

Another area that has become a torn to the governor’s is the issue of insecurity that has refused to go. Many states of the North are now facing insecurity, especially kidnapping and other forms of banditry, with no solutions in sight.

The governors were reported to have been in what way forward, as all ideas put forward were not successful as at the moment.

The enlarged meeting with other stakeholders and the traditional institution have vowed to get to the roots of the problems and want all hands on deck, for the entire people of the region to support in the fight of the problems. According to reports, the governors have pledge not to leave any stone unturned in the fight against all the menace afflicting the region.
