NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: Kaduna State is fully prepared to host the official flag-off of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
A statement by the SA Media to Minister of Defence, Leah Katung-Babatunde-said Thousands of party leaders, delegates, and supporters are expected to gather in Kaduna to launch the party’s campaign trail ahead of the upcoming general elections.
Preparations across the state capital have reached an advanced stage, with local organising committees, security agencies, and party executives working in synchronisation to guarantee a smooth and successful event.
As part of the final site assessments, the Honourable Minister of Defence, General Christopher Gwabin Musa (Rtd) OFR, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Ranchers Bees Stadium, venue of the campaign. The visit was focused on assessing security protocols, crowd management plans, and venue infrastructure to ensure the safety and seamless movement of all attendees and dignitaries.
Speaking during the venue assessment, General Musa who also serves as the Secretary of the Presidential Campaign Committee on Intelligence assured Mr President and the public that Kaduna State is fully prepared and secured to welcome Mr. President, party leadership, and supporters from across the country.
The rally in Kaduna marks the official commencement of the APC presidential campaign tour across the nation.
