NEWSDAILYNIGERIA– The Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt, has given the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) the nod to carry on with its proposed National convention, thereby denying Uche Secondus’s attempt to halt the process.

Recall that the embattled former chairman filed a suit challenging the forthcoming convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), but the court by this ruling has finally set aside his appeal.

In an appeal marked CA/PH/ 339, had asked the court to restrain PDP from conducting its national convention slated for October 30 and 31, 2021.

Secondus had through his Lawyer, Tayo Oyetubo, prayed the court to suspend the convention and grant him the right to preside over the exercise.
