NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: The Justice Development and Peace Caritas (JDPC) of the Catholic Archdiocese of Kaduna has announced the demise of one of her Staff, Late Emmanuel Sunday Tagwai.

Tagwai who served DPI/JDPC for several years , died in the early hours of Sunday, after a protracted illness.

In a statement signed by Administrative Secretary DPI/JDPC, Regina Onah, the deceased was the Head of programme and will be remembered for his invaluable contribution.

” The sad event took in the early hours of Sunday 11th September, 2022, at Epsilon Hospital, Barnawa, Kaduna.

” Until his death, Mr Tagwai, was Head of programme with the Archdiocese JDPC, office, Kaduna.

” He will be remembered for his brilliance, hard work, humility and simple lifestyle

” Details of his burial will be communicated as soon as they become available. May his soul rest in peace” the statement added

Similarly, the deceased was also the Chairman Tsaunin Kura GRA Residents Association (Sabo GRA) Zone D of the Community.

Earlier in a statement signed by the Executive Public Relations Officer (EPRO) of the community, Okpani Jacob Onjewu Dickson, mourned their late chairman, Mr Tagwai

“On a very sad note, we just lost the Chairman of Zone D @⁨Tagwai Zone D⁩ after a protracted illness.
May his soul rest in perfect peace and may God comfort the entire family and the GRA,” the PG said.

“He was a devout Catholic, whose leadership of Zone D in particular, and the entire Sabo GRA saw to various developmental self help projects.

” He will be greatly missed by the community and the Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) community where he worked for several years,” it stated.

According to family sources, his remains would be deposited at St. Gerard’s Catholic Hospital, while burial arrangements are being made.

The deceased aged 52, is survived by his wife, five children and one grand child.
