NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: The Independent National Electoral commission, (INEC) has declared, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives congress, (APC),  Sen. Uba Sani, winner of the just concluded 2023 governorship election in Kaduna state.

The state returning officer,  Prof. Lawal Suleiman Bilbis while announcing the results of the keenly contested election declared Sen. Uba Sani winner having polled the total votes of 730,002 to defeat his close contender, Alh. Isa Ashiru Kudan of the PDP, who scored 719,196 votes.

While Jonathan Asake of the Labour party had 58,283, votes, Senator Suleiman Othman Hunkuyi of the NNPP scored 21, 405., to come third and fourth respectively.

Senator Uba Sani, governor – elect is Senator representing Kaduna Central senatorial district at the upper chamber of Nigeria’s National Assembly.
