Gov. AbdulRazaq Boosting Kwara State Economy Through People’s Oriented Policies – ASG

NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: Following the tremendious achievements been recorded by the AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s administration in Kwara state, especially in the area of social intervention programmes; a northern socio-economic group has applauded the Governor.

The Arewa Solidarity Group (ASG), said the governor’s people oriented policies is in no doubt boosting the economy of the state.

The leader of the group, Isa Ahmed made this known while addressing newsmen in Kaduna at the weekend.

Ahmed explained that the governor’s several empowernment programmes in the state are already wiping out poverty among the residents of the state, which according to him are commendable.

” As a socio-economic group in the northern Nigeria, our accessment has scored Governor AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq high in his efforts to move Kwarans out of poverty,” the leader of the group explained.

Ahmed also explained that the ugly situation in the state before the coming of Governor AbdulRazaq has pushed many people into beggars which hitherto has affected the standards of living of the populace in the state.

” But today, in Kwara state, the story is not the same due to the good governance that the Governor has provided for the teeming population of the state in the last three years of his administration,” he said.

While commending the Governor on his social intervention programmes in the state, he urged him not to be distracted by the opposition in the state.
