Kaduna NUJ To Hold Maiden Inter-Chapel Indoor Games

NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: Nigeria Union of Journalists ( NUJ ), Kaduna Council, is to hold its First Inter chapel indoor games slated for the 25th June to 2nd July, 2022.

And to hit the ground running a five member committee has been constituted by NUJ council to ensure that the maiden edition of the Inter Chapels’ Games becomes a success.

The Committee is headed by the Chairman of the Sports Writers’ Association of Nigeria ( SWAN ), Kaduna chapter, Comrade Zango Haruna Jacob, while the Secretary of SWAN, Abdulwaheed Olayinka Adubi is to serve as the Secretary of the Committee.

Other members of the committee include: Bosan Yakusak, Mayen Etim and Ahmed Usman.

The tournament is expected to take place between 25th June and 2nd July, 2022 with the following games: ” Scrable, Ludo, Draft, Table Tenis, Table Soccer and Ayoo.

Meanwhile, the five man committee was inaugurated on Monday by the Council’s Chairman, Comrade Asmau Yawo Halilu with a clear terms of reference at the Conference Hall of the Kaduna NUJ.

Winners at the tournament are expected to go home with several categories of prizes and lots more.
