Disregard Any Falsehood On Kaduna LP Guber Candidate- Aide

NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: The electorates and supporters of the governorship candidate of the Labour Party,( LP) in Kaduna state, Hon Jonathan Asake, have been alerted to be wary of those who are bent in dishing out falsehood against the Labour Candidate in the state.

This is coming in reaction to an alleged malicious media report credited to an online paper, not the NewsdailyNigeria, that his principal is not the substantive flagbearer of the party in the state.

In a statement wednesday, the media aide Mr. James Swam, descrided the publication as the handiwork of political opponents adding that the  list paraded is an old one and has been taken over by events.,

He said, ” the news being circulated is absolutely far from the truth”

” The site is owned by a PDP boy who is bent on achieving his party’s aim of discouraging voters on their choice of Hon Jonathan Asake to emerge as governor of Kaduna state in 2023.

” The list being circulated is an old one that contains Labour Party, LP, placeholder for Kaduna, prior to the substitution primary that Hon Asake won.

” The substitution primary was supervised by INEC, IPAC, security agencies and all relevant bodies specified by the electoral law. At the venue, Shinom Adinga, the person who had indicated interest to contest voluntarily stepped down for Hon Asake.

” Gentlemen, the Labour Party, LP, has since issued Hon Jonathan Asake his certificate of return which clearly shows that the party approved of his emergence as governorship candidate for Kaduna state.

” So kindly disregard any falsehood from any quarter on Hon Jonathan Asake’s candidature.” the statement added
