NEWDAILYNIGERIA: The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has been charged to ensure that the collection of Permanent Voters Cards (PVC) by Nigerians across the country is seamless.

The member of the House of Representatives from Kano State Mr Shamsuddeen Dambazau, made the call while briefing journalists at the National Assembly in Abuja.

He further said the Electoral Act 2021 which was passed by the House has also addressed the issue of under-aged voting.

He also charged security agencies to provide the needed atmosphere for a successful 2023 election.

According to him, the security situation in Nigeria has greatly improved over the years.

“The government gave a deadline and people should be held accountable for the responsibility given to them to achieve results.

” We are achieving results and more were expected to be achieved“. Hon Dambazau said.
