Kaduna: Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Loses Medical Director

NEWSDAILYNIGERIA- The death has occurred of the Medical Director Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Barnawa, Kaduna Professor Abdulkareem Yusuf Jika.

Family sources said the erudite academician and emphatic clinician passed on after a brief illness yesterday at his residence.

Until his death, Professor Abdulkareem Yusuf Jika was the Medical Director Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Barnawa Kaduna and had been buried this morning in Tudun Wada, Kaduna in accordance to Islamic Rites.

Professor Abdulkareem Jika Yusuf died at 49years after a brief illness and had impacted positively to both the Educational and Medical Sectors.

Born on the 13th of March 1971, and hails from Katsina State. Professor Abdulkareem Jika Yusuf rose through the ranks to become a Professor cum consultant Psychiatrist Grade 1, a position he held until he died.
