Kaduna: Dr. Chetachi Ecton-Nwoga Receives Staff Of Office As ‘Tir Hywiin Ham’ The First

 ..Pledges To Unite Ham Women.

NEWSDAILYNIGERIA: The Council Chamber of Ham Chiefdom in Jaba Local Government Area of Kaduna State, on Monday witnessed a colourful event, as renowned businesswoman and philanthropist, High Chief Dr. Princess Chetachi Nwoga-Ecton was formally presented with the staff of office as the “Tir Hywiin Ham” the first.

The presentation of the staff of office to the ‘ Tir Hywiin Ham’ by His Royal Majesty, Kpop Ham Hassan Gyet Maude, took place, in the presence of all the council members and invited guests in attendance.

The Tir Hywiin Ham was  later showered with many blessings from the Royal Father Kpop Ham and her Royal Mother, the council members, the youth council of Ham Land among others.

 In her acceptance speech, the TIR HYIIN Ham, the First, Dr Chetachi Ecton Nwoga, promised never to fail the Ham Land , and His Royal Majesty, her father and the entire people of Ham Land.

She further pledged to work round the clock to unite and support Ham women, in making sure that they become industrious.

She noted that women are the pillars of development in most societies, as such, she would do everything humanly possible, to make Ham women developmental tools.

She therefore, called on citizens of the Chiefdom to give her their maximum support, as she cannot achieve anything good without their contributions.

High point of the event was the distribution of food items which include  7 bags of rice, 7 bags of beans and 10 bags of maize to the community.

Other items presented include 500 solar flashlights 50 clothing materials and  lots more.

Recall that, Dr. Nwoga-Ecton Chetachi, the CEO/Founder of When In Need Foundation and Every Life Matters Humanitarian Foundation, earlier, this month was coronated as the “Tir Hywiin Ham the first,” the highest position held by a woman in the Chiefdom. She also doubles as the “Tir Ham” of the same chiefdom.
